About Me
I'm a Mechanical Engineering student at the University of Pennsylvania with a minor in Math and a strong interest in robotics, manufacturing, product/project management, and hands-on problem-solving.
Projects
Mechanically Bistable Facial Reanimation Device
Tools: SolidWorks, MATLAB, DraftSight, 3D Printing, MTS Tensile Testing System
Skills: Rapid Prototyping, Magnetic Modeling, Soft Robotics
- Developed soft actuators using laser-cut PET and nylon films with bistable geometries
- Simulated magnetic field interactions in MATLAB to determine optimal solenoid placement, significantly improving device reliability in testing
Presented at the SEAS Summer Research REU Symposium and awarded Honorable Mention. This poster highlights my work on the Facial Reanimation project, focusing on design iteration, actuator testing, and cross-disciplinary collaboration with surgeons and engineers.
